Greetings from Colorado! We are pleased to announce that
we have officially started Pine Ridge Ministries with a
desire to continue Christian camping in the west. In 1987
I had the privilege of being on the pioneer staff of the
Wilds of the Rockies. From there I got to serve on the
program staff at THE WILDS in North Carolina for 10 years.
While in North Carolina I met my wife, Rebecca and we were
married in 1993. In 1998 we were asked to come back to
Colorado where I was able to serve as program director
until 2004.
As many of you know The Wilds of the Rockies has closed.
We are honored to say that we were able to be part of that
ministry from the beginning and now at the end. We were
offered a position at THE WILDS in North Carolina, but
after much prayer and godly counsel we decided to pursue a
new camp ministry here in Colorado. Our vision for Pine
Ridge Ministries is to rally the people of the West and
Midwest to provide a camp that will continue having the
same philosophy and impact that we have seen here in the
last 17 years. We have been privileged to be part of a
ministry that was able to minister to over 36,000 young
people and adults. Of those 36,000 people over 2,000 came
to know Christ as their personal Savior and even more
accepted the call to full time Christian service. We know
that the task before us is great, but we have a great God.
Our desire is to see people saved, strengthened, and sent
out to have a world wide impact for Christ. Would you join us in prayer and consider

the Lord would use Pine Ridge Ministries to be an
